The extraordinary general assembly of the Egyptian Chemical Industries Company - Kima decided to postpone approving the final price for the nitric acid and ammonium nitrate project, in accordance with the terms of the amicable settlement concluded with the Italian company Technomont.

The company said in a statement to the Egyptian Stock Exchange that the decision of the General Assembly to postpone approval for further study; It called for intensifying negotiations with the Italian company to reach a better price and re-presentation to the General Assembly.
