The Egyptian Chemical Industries Company - KIMA decided to invite the ordinary and extraordinary general assembly to convene on Thursday, October 12th.

The company explained in a statement to the Egyptian Stock Exchange on Thursday that the extraordinary general meeting will discuss approving the final price for the nitric acid and ammonium nitrate project, which resulted in negotiations with representatives of Technomont.

The General Assembly will also consider amending Articles 3-21 of the company’s articles of association.
