The Extraordinary General Assembly of the Egyptian Chemical Industries Company - KEMA approved the final price for the nitric acid and ammonium nitrate project, negotiated with representatives of Technomont, and payment of the advance payment.

The company said on Sunday that the general assembly agreed to amend Article 3 of the company’s bylaws, as it was decided to add complementary purposes related to the management and operation of hotels and social clubs.
