The Egyptian Stock Exchange has approved the amendment of the umbrella of the law governing the Egyptian Chemical Industries Company - Kima.

The Stock Exchange explained in a disclosure today, Wednesday, that the amendment is in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 185 of 2020 amending the Public Business Sector Companies Law No. 203 of 1991, and its executive regulations amended by Prime Ministerial Resolution No. 948 of 2021.
