Sameh Talaat Mohamed Hassan has been appointed as Executive Managing Director, succeeding Abdel-Majid Mohamed Hegazy.

The Egyptian Chemical Industries Company (KIMA) achieved net profits of EGP 811.65 million during the period from July to the end of March 2025, compared to profits of EGP 102.28 million in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.
